o October 2017-May 2018 my husband I I took the journey of a lifetime touring the USA in our motorhome.

o Provided guidance and feedback to 4 Underwriters to ensure guidelines and processes were followed. Oversaw workflow and reviewed exception requests

o I was dedicated to the testing team to launch an upgraded, fully web-based agent and internal underwriting engine. This involved rigorous testing of business rules, functionality and creating processes for the new workflow as well as creating training material and training internal staff. Provided support for internal customers as well as agency personnel with navigating the new system
