  • I schedule our 12 seminars that we hold across the US each year. I then secured down the dates for each of the events, and had contracts drawn up for each hotel. Then I worked with our hotel manager to coordinate the catering, AV, draw up diagrams, and any last minute details.
  • Requested rooming lists twice a week and updated Excel trackers with new bookings.
  • Send out several rounds of reminder emails to attendees until they all have their travel booked. The emails contain our booking link along with information regarding our reimbursement process. For our Collaborative Innovation session, I work with the hotel staff to set-up additional fees due to requests of power, wiring, kitchen equipment needed for the manufacturers booths. For our Emergence events I reach out to all of our manufactures to receive their company slides which will be shown during our introductory slideshow presentation.
  • Process client reimbursements for flights, taxi, mileage, etc. into Bill.com for payment. Then I created a master Excel spreadsheet to monitor payments for all our events to make sure we don’t duplicate.
  • Type up all of the workshop outputs from the flip charts from our events.
  • Worked diligently with some of our partners to schedule interviews for consulting projects. I reached out to contacts via email to schedule interviews, send out the invites, and then I updated them on our Excel spreadsheet in dropbox.
  • Created and calculated expense reports for some partners as needed.
  • Research new restaurants to see if we can reach out and try to add them to our operators list.
