-Providing high quality care for acute patients in 14-bed surgical intensive care unit

- Served as a preceptor for both rotating nursing students and new unit staff (RN/ LPN), providing training and guidance

- Strong Memorial Hospital, a 886-bed tertiary and quaternary medical facility, part of the University of Rochester Medical Center complex
- Completed classroom education, simulation labs, online and virtual training, on-the job clinical training, monthly lectures & case studies, and mentorship

- Utilized critical thinking skills to assess, plan and implement evidence-based patient care

- Rotated through three of the following units in the order shown: SICU- 83600, Burn/trauma ICU- 31800, and SICU- 81400

- WCC5, Surgical Oncology at Willmot Cancer Center
- Provide assistive care in 24-bed post operative care unit
