Challenging Experiences

  • It has not been easy working for the State. Through these challenging times I have managed to persevere. I have done so by accepting the fact that you have to take moments in stride, nothing happens overnight and progression has waves. It goes up and down while trying to remain steady. I have used verbal techniques to deescalate situations and motivate progress by giving comfort and understanding. It is a joy to hear clients say you have helped. Thank you.
