  • Had to assist placement of central lines, chest tubes and traceotomy in emergency conditions. Many codes on this floor very few patients were DNRs. We were also considered a med- surgery floor and always had 6 patients.
  • Floated to the Cancer ward monitored Chemotherapy. Had to check blood return on the central lines for infiltration every 10 minutes and if no blood return used striptokniaze to open the line. Have had to this many times with central lines due to others not flushing the lines on both floors. It was considered a med- surgery floor so always had 6 patients.
  • Floated to the orthopedic floor.
