The two most recent jobs on my résumé don't reflect the traditional customer service experience that most people have come to know. However, even in the health care field, the very definition of customer service (helping customers/clients efficiently, to satisfy their needs in a friendly manner) is being used on a daily basis.
I would be a great asset when representing your company.
I was initially hired as a healthcare provider for her husband, and to help in maintaining their 10,000 square foot house. Upon his passing, I stayed on in a similar healthcare capacity for my newly-widowed client, while also adding many new responsibilities. I became her personal assistant and began to oversee her day-to-day affairs, and I started to manage more than a dozen people who worked on her staff.
Here, my duties were similar to what they were at other agencies, but my talents as a compassionate and overachieving CNA were quickly realized, and I was sent out to work with the agency’s highest-end clients. They had the most demanding needs, and their affluence often afforded them round-the-clock care. I would work days-long shifts, or even longer sometimes, and be on hand for whatever needs that would arise, medical or otherwise.
With years of experience in customer service, I'm capable of handling both sales and customer service positions I speak in a clear, understandable, and soothing voice, and with even the most difficult of customers, I'm able to bring people to a satisfying result in a quick and efficient manner
