My title was Women's Overnight Supervisor. This was a secure home for women that were working through drug/alcohol issues and trying to get their life back on track. My job involved security of the women and supervising them overnight . I worked from midnight until 8 am by myself. I had a list of very minor cleaning and passing medications as prescribed by their doctors. I wrote and emailed nightly reports on each woman as needed and a general description of the evening.

• Delivered packages to customer location and stocked
• Completed on-time deliveries by choosing best and most efficient routes.

• Read maps, followed oral, and written instructions and used GPS technology to make deliveries.

• Greeted recipients, delivered packages, and parcels and acquired proper signatures for all deliveries.
• Completed daily delivery assignments while adhering to strict time constraints, ensuring consistent service quality.
• Enhanced customer satisfaction through timely deliveries and professional communication with clients.
• Adhered to all traffic laws while operating company vehicles for safe transportation of goods.
• Overnight driving in all kinds of weather, 200+ miles a night

• Managed daily operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining a well-organized work area
• Maintained inventory of office supplies, proactively restocking materials when needed to minimize downtime due to shortages.
• Kept front office clean and well-organized to keep areas presentable for guests and maximize professional appeal.
• The first two hours of the day I was in the business by myself since someone was required to be there at 4am. This included supervising the children ages 3 to 7 years old.
• I organized and walked the school children to their proper school bus and supervised them being safely on the bus.
• I was also an assistant to the teacher and would cover her breaks and lunchtime.
• When there were too many children for the teacher I would take some separately to another area and this usually included any children that were disrupting the classroom activities.
• I made a simple breakfast and lunch everyday.
