• Completes speech/language and cognitive, assessments.

• Supervises CFY clinicians and speech students.

• Completed same duties as present job with Go Physical Therapy. I was hired by Saint Elizabeth in 2015. In 2016 Saint Elizabeth hired a contract company (Go Physical Therapy) to take over their therapy department. I have worked under Go Physical Therapy since that time as a contractor.

• Held similar responsibilities to those in subsequent position at Go Physical Therapy.
• Conducted comprehensive assessments to evaluate swallowing and speech/language disorders in the settings of Acute Rehab, Skilled, Long term care, LTEC, Home Health, and other offsite acute care hospitals in the city of Lincoln, NE. Provided both IN and OP services, and performed Modified Barium Swallow studies.
• Added responsibilities were:

Member of the Mild TBI Team, participated in committees, developed protocol, in charge of training and program development for swallowing, developed OP Pediatric Swallowing Clinic.
