I provide total care for a female quadriplegic young lady. Administer medications and feedings via gi tube. Oral suctioning as needed as patient cannot clear her secretions. Straight cath as needed q2-4 hrs. Keep her turned and repositioned for comfort and to maintain skin integrity. Provide companionship as she is alert and oriented x 4.
