Additional Experience: My Present Employer is Guided Footprints Home Healthcare Agency, I provide Respite Care for Individuals with Special Needs age ranging from children to adults. I'm retired from the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation with 25 years of service. Prior to retirement I managed inmate assignments to work and education programs based on custody level and classification factors. Acted as Watch Commander on all shifts, ensuring the safety and security of the institution when the Warden and other administrative staff were unavailable. My previous assignments have included Employee Relations Officer, Visiting Lieutenant, and assignments as a Correctional Sergeant and Correctional Lieutenant with the Department of Mental Health Acute Care and Out Patient Programs to include, Enhance Outpatient Units, Administrative Segregation Security Units, and General Population Units. I've had the opportunity to be an integral participant in the activation of the California Substance Abuse Treatment Facility, State Prison, at Corcoran. Executed the implementation of the Facilities “F” and “G” drug treatment programs in collaboration with Walden House and Phoenix House. I performed duties as an EEO Investigator and Internal Affairs Investigator within the institution.
