Work History

Supervisory Intelligence Professional

Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
Washington
01.2003 - Current
  • I have 22 years of law enforcement intelligence experience with the FBI, including 15 years as a Supervisory Intelligence Analyst (SIA), leading teams of 10-15 intelligence professionals daily
  • During my tenure, I have worked a myriad of criminal violations ranging from Public Corruption, Civil Rights, Financial Crimes, Violent Crimes, and the Violent Gang threat
  • On four separate occasions I served as an assistant inspector in the FBI’s inspection division to inspect FBI field offices to ensure the FBI adheres to Attorney General Guidelines and internal organization guidelines, finalized with inspection report, briefed onsite inspector and provided recommendations to the field office
  • On multiple occasions, I have served in the Unit Chief roles to support mission critical taskings on temporary duty assignments and further as the Deputy Director for DEA Office of Special Intelligence during my tenure
  • I have built relationships with internal and external partners for the goals of joint intelligence production and information sharing
  • I successfully launched two ongoing FBI initiatives, Operation Purge – a fugitive identification and warrant cleanup project - and Operation Follow-through – an effort to collect intelligence from individuals who disassociate with a gang while incarcerated in prison, a joint effort with the Bureau of Prisons
  • Operation Follow-through specifically supports intelligence collection and has identified additional key intelligence gaps related to gang organization and drug trafficking cartels
  • These intelligence-driven initiatives would not be successful had I not proactively developed relationships with various state and local and other federal partners and increasing our liaison partnerships with our private sector partners
  • In addition, I have briefed varying levels of FBI Executive Management on the progress of intelligence developments to support the growing criminal threats we face
  • I have facilitated the review, approval, and dissemination of numerous strategic and tactical intelligence products to law enforcement and intelligence equity partners

CID Coordination Cell

FBI
WASHINGTON
08.2023 - 02.2025

Serve as the CID Intelligence production coordination representative to collaborate across all division. Participate in the daily IDBU production call for insight into cross divisional production and any production with CID equities. Support CID UC and SIAs with access to director’s calendar for Product Run Date in the Director’s Book. Support and Inform CID Intelligence Cadre of any changes to the process for intelligence products produced for the Directors Book. Serving in this role I was able to provide clarity into this process for the cadre and served as the go to person with relationship with IDBU. During this time IDBU instituted all intelligence production submitted for the DBB must be submitted onto ICPS on yellow. I was able to quickly identify the CID cadre’ was unaware the full use of the ICPS system, therefore I initiated two hands on training briefings to use the system as well as identified additional yellow enclaves’ computers to be used in the division. This was critical since all production must be submitted to IDBU through this portal. In addition, in using this system it was imperative to have access to downdraft products from yellow to red for executive briefings. I initiated a request to become the Data Transfer Officer for CID Intel, I completed the training and established myself in this position and became the intel DTO. I further facilitated training for CID MAPAs to take training and supported their training and use of the DTO process.

I provided weekly updates on intelligence production for the directors’ book to executive management – DAD/SC/ASC and weekly updates on process to UC and SIA at the weekly management meeting.
