  • Worked as a full time Ultrasound technologist from November 2001 until August 2010 at which time transferred over to a full time MRI position
  • I still maintain both professional licenses and continued doing both up until 4 years ago
  • Since 2010, work as a full time MRI technologist, I perform MRI exams in an outpatient setting
  • Perform exams including routine head, spine, body, bone, vascular and breast imaging
  • Other exams including arthrograms,, endovaginal for urethra, endorectal prostate imaging, and cardiac imaging
  • Responsible for maintaining ACR accreditation of our MRI department
  • As an ultrasound technologist, I performed routine abdomen, pelvis, obstetrical and vascular exams in addition to working closely with the radiologist to perform routine MSK ultrasounds and procedures including injections for joint pain management, thyroid and soft tissue biopsies and breast biopsies
