Summary

I retired from the University of New Mexico after working for the PALS Transfer Center for 25 years. I began my career with PALS as a Coordinator and ended my career as Manager/Supervisor. During my tenure at PALS, I successfully conducted all aspects of the Coordinator position and trained new staff. This was in addition to completing all my administrative duties. I am well versed in facilitating patient flow, patient transfers and provider consults. In my Manager/Supervisor role, I maintained on-call rotation 24/7/365 for coverage and administrative issues. In all roles, I ensured adherence to Hospital and Departmental Policies and Procedures.
