Some of my accomplishments just this past school term was been elected Teacher Assistant of the year for the 2021-2022 school term. While attending Post university I was inducted into the National Honor Society for Human Servicing. I remained on the Dean's List for three consecutive terms. My GPA while attending Post University remained a 3.83 since December of 2021.
Reading has always been a passion of mine, especially reading to small children. I like to really dive into a story and bring the characters alive which helps maintain the attention of the children. I always try and choose books that will allow me to make the story come alive and enjoyable for them to hear. I always tell them that listening is the key to learning and remembering what I've read to them. Writing is one of the most relaxing hobbies that I love so much.
My love for writing began in high school after campaigning for the title of Miss Gentry High. I had to write a speech which had to be presented to the entire student body during an assembly program before the voting would take place later. The speech won the heart of the student body and I became Miss Gentry High School 1978-1979. Tutoring small children has to be one of the most rewarding things in my life. I love children and I also connect with them so well. My patience is one fruit of the spirit that I believe God truly blessed me with. Having the ability to work with small children has to come with patience, commitment, and dedication.
