Former Store Manager of Wendy's for 10 years. Wendy's sent me to Saint Philips College to teach me more about management. I catered for a big company named, continential in San Antonio, that served over 500 people at a time for different function. I was over hospitality in Korea for 2 years prepping and cooking food. i worked for CRS as a cook for North Fort hood for the army for 1 year. i opened my own business next to Ellison High School called the Shack. I cooked, prepped, cleaned, ordered, set up the registers, went to the bank and shopped. i opened a larger restaurant where i was serving dinners to school children i prepped, cooked, trained, cross trained i banked the registers, done all of the ordering. i made sure everything followed under OSHA. i always tried to get a 100 on my inspections. i just closed the restaurant and i was looking for something part time.
