• Help operate and watch over Spot Welders/Pweld (when needed). Have received more experience in trouble shooting and correcting operator errors to cut down on machine downtime.

• Supervise injection, Add IQMS work orders, also help relieve TMs if needed. Able to help restart some of the injection machines if Mold Setter is occupied.
• Help train new employees, instructing each in use of machinery, standard operating procedures and company policies.

Trained on all knee and welder processes. Assisted supervisors in handling of rejects and returning product to the supplier. Helped other supervisors in covering the knee section when my supervisor is off. ie:scheduling, quality and process issues.

Also have experience with injection machines from my time in I/E when first hired.

Lead a team of 8 people in their daily tasks. Provided assistance with quality and Shipping/Receiving issues. Entered daily paperwork and programmed machines for the daily orders. Conducted troubleshooting on machines
