* Help in taking the Positive Covid cases off as soon as the ship arrives in Port and have also worked in the Medical area of the terminal

* Work as a Directional Debark Agent when passengers arrive back from their cruise.

* Work in the Luggage area helping passengers find Luggage.

* Maintain well-developed relationships with both Passengers and fellow Employees using problem solving and positive engagement skills.

* Employed at NASA/Johnson Space Center for 33 years until retirement.

* Provided clerical support to company employees by copying, faxing and filing documents.

* Completed accurate work by carefully reviewing every detail in all areas where needed such as completing Travel Orders, Timekeeping and Timecard completion, Division Firewarden duties, and many other clerical duties when required.
