Managed meal service for elementary school students. Recorded and maintained proper meal temperatures, distribution of prepared meals and milk to students, supervision of students in the cafeteria. Ordered and organized supplies for daily lunches. Completed end of day lunch counts, cleaned, sanitized tables for next days lunch periods. Cleaned and sanitized kitchen area and prepped for next days lunch as needed.

As a Staff P.T. I treated patients referred by a physician. I evaluated patients, created a treatment plan with measurable and functional goals and completed daily documentation for each patient. I also worked in a team with a P.T.Assistant to complete patient care, finalize documentation and ensure the treatment plan was followed and progressed as appropriate. Communication with colleagues was performed on a daily basis. Communication with nurse case managers and physicians was completed as needed.
