Summary
Some of my significant duties and responsibilities were to command the Fresno recruiting company composed of 8 individual recruiting stations, 50 Sergeants and 1 Civilian employee deployed over 19,000 square miles. I planned and conducted recruiting campaigns and allocated resources based upon locally conducted market analysis. One of my notable highlights was being named #5 of 42 Recruiting Commanders on my annual job evaluation. We achieved 98% of our mission enlisted over 400 soldiers for the Regular Army and 100% of our Army Reserve mission enlisted over 100 soldiers

I spend a lot of time with my family. After 23 years in the military my family took a back seat to my job in protecting my country. My daughter Alexis is a 21 year old student that attends the University of Georgia. My son Cameron is 12 years old and he has autism. He's non-verbal. My wife is a stay home mom due to his conditions.
