I gained valuable insights into a company culture focused on genuine care and quality craftsmanship. By working alongside a highly hardworking crew, there was never a moment of boredom whether on Cook shifts, Prep shifts, washing dishes in the back, etc. Ultimately I learned a lot about work ethic and the idea that “It’s always better to be busy than bored.”
