Decades of experience as a social services professional, I have dedicated my career to serving the needs of the most vulnerable populations, including but not limited to: youth in foster care, disabled persons, individuals with substance abuse issues and the formerly incarcerated. Supervises Treatment Coordinators to ensure compliance, productivity and accurate reporting. Maintains relationships with referring agencies. Assist in the Marketing and recruitment of therapeutic foster homes. Facilitates reunification and permanency plans for youth and their families.
• SC Department of Social Service, Human Services Specialist II, 12/01/99, 05/01/08, Performed specialized children and family casework in the area of Foster Care permanency planning. Developed and implemented treatment plans timely for all children in Foster care caseload. Complied with all procedures and Policies related to Targeted Case Management.
