As the founder of Colorado Spirit Sports Foundation, (beginning in 2016), I am able to provide free tennis lessons to kids from underprivileged families.

• We are also able to give out food, clothes, and school supplies for several kids
• In the summer of 2018, we were awarded the “Nepal Award” for sponsoring a Nepal orphanage house (donating over $10,000)
• During COVID-19, we gave out free tennis lessons to kids in our community (in a safe way), donated face masks, and created a balloon project
• We delivered over 1,000 free balloons for birthdays and graduates
• In addition, we donate funds to Tajikistan monthly for the sponsorship of tournaments

At Dr. Pavot's neurology clinic, I was able to learn about and observe various neurological disorders:

• Bell's palsy
• Multiple Sclerosis
• Migranes: I was able to observe how Botox injections were prepared and utilized.
• Parkinson's
• Carpal Tunnel: I was able to learn about a specific nerve damage test (electromyography) and watch it in action.
• Cerebral palsy

I shadowed Dr. Parmar at Ardas Family Medicine throughout 2018.

• Volunteering at Mango House
• Learned how to talk to patients during times of distress.
• Observed several patients with different dilemmas (over 40 patients a day).
• Learned about the daily tasks of a family doctor.

• Hospital ER
• I shadowed Dr. Svirsky at the Saint Joseph Hospital ER in 2019, which allowed me to expand my knowledge in the field of medicine, patient-doctor interaction, and specifics when it came to examining the patient.
