A wide range of experience ranging from testing the latest LLM-based initiatives, automation of the backend, Alexa runtime, and UI applications, as well as manual testing of various classic and Alexa+ runtime features.

• Led testing initiatives for Alexa+, supported by a Large Language Model (LLM) platform like 3P Agents, 1P/3P APIs, web action-based 3P agent integration, and Classic Alexa basic platform testing, as well as 3P feature testing such as In-Skill Ads, Memory Service, and a lot more.
• Identified critical architecture design flaws, performance bottlenecks, and cross-platform integration issues through systematic testing approaches.
• Achieved 100% test coverage by automating integration, load, and canary tests for multiple cloud-based services, Alexa, build time, runtime services, and UI applications.
• Mentored multiple junior engineers, conducted approximately 100 interviews, and led technical training programs.

Manual and automated testing of web and UNIX-based applications, backend services, ETL, and BI report testing for most of the U.S. retail partners.

• Created robust test plans and test strategies that helped in finding major existing bugs that had crept into the systems over the years.
• Saved more than 10 hours of weekly effort by creating UNIX shell scripts to automate recursive tasks, like file comparison and test data extraction.
• Implemented 100% automation of end-to-end ETL testing of a transaction and BI reporting work stream, and automated the effort of one QA resource by writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between the development, testing, and business teams.
• Execute system and integration testing, perform unit testing, and support UAT.
