As a scrum lead, I am responsible for managing and coaching teams within eCommerce ART primarily focused on parts and accessories storefront and GM energy storefront. Some of my main responsibilities include:

• Improving team velocity by fostering AGILE framework – sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Collaborating with Product Owners to refine user stories and acceptance criteria in team foundation server, driving successful implementation of features.

• Resolving impediments efficiently to maintain steady progress toward sprint goals, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Managing risks proactively by closely monitoring sprint progress and addressing potential issues early on.

As an associate consultant for leading agile projects some of my main responsibilities included:

• Hosting sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives meetings to foster agile framework
• Planning and arranging meetings with cross functional teams and individuals, enabling all parties to meet and discuss project progress & requirements.
• Resolving impediments efficiently to maintain steady progress toward sprint goals, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Working with Testing team to coordinate Unit & Integration testing

As a business systems analyst, I was responsible for gathering business requirements for 'Call Center - Genesys Transition' project and document them as user stories. Some of my responsibilities included

• Development & execution of Test Plans and Test Cases.

• Process mapping different processes within healthcare and Call Center Operations to identify operational challenges and risks.
