• Lead the development of a Unified Case Management Tool that meets MS Security standards and improves the Lease Portfolio team's workflow by addressing existing tool limitations, which enables business continuity for the Lease Portfolio team while increasing On-time Case Resolution from 95% to 98%.
• Automate data center supply and strategy planning process by systematically integrating land parcel inputs from the Land Acquisition workstream into the planning tool to streamline supply signals and milestones; Reduces 50% planning hours per week per planner.

Team: Finance, Data & Experiences Engineering

• Led the modernization journey for the calculations and payments tools to meet MS accessibility and security compliance standards, which enables business continuity for managing partner incentives worth~$1B.
• Led the integration efforts for Calculations tool with the intake tool to provide a unified experience to the customers and increase the automation footprint from 10% to 60% for our Retail partners.
• Identified the need to manage on-going increased data volume needs and led the platform modernization effort for the payment tool; which increased the payment coverage footprint by onboarding the Marketplace programs into the payment tool which processes around ~$50M worth payout adjustments per year; also provisioned a way to onboard 690GB- 1TB of marketplace seller data leveraging the modern tech stack.

• Led the implementation to automate and outsource the check printing solution to eliminate risk for 200M worth REI payments per week, which resulted in cost savings by 1.2M per year, along with reducing labor costs by 50%
• Led the effort to automate the process of submitting and approving employee travel & expense reports at REI using Concur T&E solution, which resulted in Cost savings of 2M in the next 5 years
• Drove the Ariba SCC (Supply chain collaboration) Implementation to modernize direct procurement processes at REI, which reduced inventory carry cost by 500K per year
• Modernized order to cash process by integrating SAP with Sterling IBM OMS and deployed buy online and pick up at store (BOPUS) functionality which increased sales by average 20M per year.

• Event Lifecycle Billing – Microsoft proposed this project to reduce the revenue leakages to the OEMs in issuing the incentives on their purchases which resulted in cost savings of about 30M/year; Client - Microsoft, Redmond, WA
• Network Fulfillment Project- REI replaced the existing Order Management system (Order Power) with Sterling IBM OMS, which integrates with SAP in FI, SD and MM areas, which increased online sales by $162M in 5 years; Client - REI, Inc., Kent, WA
• Automation Project – This team gathers business requirements in SD, FI, MM from different regions like Asia-Pac, Europe, Middle East, US, etc to automate the business processes using SAP TAO and QC; Client - Nike, Beaverton, OR

• Performed E2E testing for different business process in a Health-care project
• Worked on testing RICEF objects for Verizon SAP implementation.
