Benjamin Kamptner

I am a very driven person, I currently work a full time job at Cabelas/ Bass Pro shops as a credit card salesman, I started at the end of march and currently hold the number 1 spot of applications and sales in the entire store and our region.

Athletics are also a huge part of my life, I played 2 sports throughout high school playing varsity for a combined 4 years. I played Football and Basketball. Sophomore year I was pulled up to varsity for playoffs for both sports being the best at my position. I then decided senior year that I wanted to continue my athletic journey and commit to one varsity sport with Basketball. I was named Captain of the Barrington Broncos Boys Basketball Team, one of the most rewarding positions to be on to lead my friends and teammates as a player and a leader on and off the court.

I am pursing a degree in marketing/ social media marketing. I have always found it interesting since my dad did it for his job. Before he pasted away he would allow me to learn the importance of connections in marketing and sales. This May I will be gradating with a associates degree and arts and transferring to Illinois State University for their Business School.
