  • Kept appointments on schedule by informing Clinical of patient's arrival and any delays (including sudden cancellations, rescheduled appointments, lack of payment for telehealth visits, etc.); Updating the visit status appropriately in eCW for Clinical review (arrived, ready, no-showed, etc).
  • Updated demographics (address, pharmacy, HIPAA contacts, etc.) regularly in eCW, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information is accessible during visits.
  • Requested and scanned various forms of documents (ROIs, insurance cards, lab results, HIPAA forms, Medicare Wellness Forms, CPE/WWE disclosure forms, etc.) in eCW.
