Additional Information
Patient ratio I have taken care of is 23 patients. I prefer to work with adults or older teenagers because that is what I have had experience with. The only electronic medical record system I have used is point click care system. I have also been familiar with writing it in a notebook like a “log book”. I have worked in a mental health facility before for 2 1/2 years prior to becoming a CNA. I worked at the Intensive Behavioral Center In Boulder Montana. I worked hands on with behavioral patients that had intellectual disabilities.
