• Manages all administrative duties for agency marketing, networking, consulting, website, adherence to policies and procedures, billing and bookkeeping.
• Conducts diagnostic evaluations, assessments, individual and group therapy, treatment planning and clinical documentation.

• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to a team of clinicians and case managers that provide a range of community and office-based services to young adults experiencing a severe mental illness. Participates in the strategic planning and management meetings to help identify goals and means to goals for effective program operation; monitors the quantity and quality of work performance by employees to ensure they meet performance standards; identifies and addresses barriers, and resolves problems that impact service delivery to clients at a staff, program, and community level.

Emergency Services Clinician

• Open Access Team: (2019-2021) Conducts comprehensive clinical intake assessments, individual therapy, psychoeducation for clients and families, hospital assessments, and acute involuntary screens.
• Mobile Crisis Team: (2017-2019)Triage with police, hospitals, and other organizations regarding mental health crises throughout the community; responding via phone, virtually, or in person in the crisis clinic.
• Afterhours Coordinator (2013-2017): Assisted with hiring, onboarding, and training new hires, as well as staff retention. Create a schedule, manage shift coverage needs, oversee day-to-day workload, and complete appraisals.

• Complete Intake Assessments via tele-psych or in person in the Emergency department to determine appropriate level of care; Inpatient, IOP or outpatient services

• Provide social work services to patients and families, and other individuals significant to the patient in order to facilitate adjustment to the patient's illness and provide for the patient's continuing care needs.
• Evaluate patients' psychosocial needs, discharge planning, providing crisis intervention, referrals to community agencies and arranging post hospital care, counseling patients and families, and leading therapy and support groups.
• Collaborate with other members of the health care team and the patient/family to provide the patient with an appropriate care plan during the patient's hospital stay and continuing care and follow-up after the patient leaves the hospital.

• Provide Community-Based services of Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services (CPST), Attendant Care, Parent Support and Targeted Case Management and Conducting Psychosocial groups; to children ages 3-18 and their families to maintain safety in all settings (school, home & community).
