Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.

Use smartphone based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.

Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.

Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment return from rental.

Install hitches and trailer wiring.

U-Box Customer Care Responsibilities

Operate 8,000 lb propane forklift or a truck mounted forklift (training provided)

Load and unload storage containers for delivery.

Transport storage containers to and from specific destinations.

• Maintained accurate records of all inventory movements including deliveries, receipts and shipments.
• Unloaded delivery trucks with product by hand or utilizing lift-gate truck when needed.
• Filled 2500-lb bag of plastic powder on a pallet and scale.
• Made 3 stacks of 2 bags side by side with 10 foot planks in between in specific shipping area.
