I've been working in manufacturing companies since my last year in High School, which is well over 20 years of factory experiences. Each factory I gain more factory skills by staying with each company a little longer than the last previous job which made me a better worker in the process.
I have excellent machine operator skill with atleast 15 years experience operating machines and other types of machinery. Currently an Relief Operator.
What I hear most about my work is that I'm a very quick learner, and pay attention. Great attendance for work. Move at my own pace, not too fast and not too slow. But most importantly I work efficient. Been told I could be a leader from co-workers and supervisors.
