Work History

  • Worked for TollBrothers (TBAL) for 7 years. Advanced from tech level 3-1, then to senior service technician. Followed by being promoted to Assistant service manager, then eventually a year later to Service manager.
  • Our residential complex was eventually sold, and my team and i were retained throughout the sale due to excellent performance and standings of the site conditions and lease ups.
  • We then worked for BOZZUTO for the next following year until the site im currently now managing was sold to willow bridge. Again my team was retained throughout that transition for the same reason of quality of work and performance.

Prior to entering the residential industry i was a full time GC. Doing house updates from flooring, painting, landscaping, plumbing, drywall, electrical, carpentry, bathroom remodeling, and more.
