• In my role as one of the leaders behind the senior pastor, I had various responsibilities. I led services, preached, taught, prayed, counseled, and stood in for the senior pastor when needed. These duties allowed me to support the senior pastor and help guide the congregation in their spiritual journey. It was a challenging but rewarding experience that taught me valuable lessons in leadership and service to others.

• I held a leadership role alongside the senior pastor before I decided to go back to school to earn my degree. During this time, I was able to learn valuable skills and gain experience in a position of responsibility. My transition to school was a significant decision that allowed me to pursue my academic goals and further develop my knowledge and abilities.
