I currently focus on Microsoft Teams and Exchange consulting for various partners and their enterprise customers.

Achievements

• Devised overall strategy for the Teams migration and created the proposal documentation to present to leadership, and also the documentation detailing the migration steps and strategy.
• Migrated 5,000+ users in various organizations within Delta Dental from on-premises Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams.
• Designed the configuration required for Teams to interop with on-premises Genesys, so call-center agents are able to communicate with Teams-only users.

• Created and managed the overall strategy for the Teams rollout and Skype decommission.
• Migrated 1,800+ users from both Skype for Business Online and Skype for Business on-premises to Microsoft Teams.
• Implemented Teams Direct Routing within their on-premises SBCs for all global locations.

Detailed Description

As the company's Principal Architect, I managed all aspects related to Skype and Teams for managed customers. As I was the only Skype/Teams SME in the company, I was the first and last point of contact for all escalations. I also implemented Microsoft Teams for Bluesource as well when they split-off from their parent company.

Achievements

• Designed and deployed two separate Skype for Business pools with DR implementations within classified environments at Raytheon.
• Integrated a Skype for Business pool with ADFS and Ping Federation for use with 2FA, something that per Microsoft could not work and was unsupported.

Designed & deployed a redundant Skype for Business infrastructure, including the deployment of Active Directory and the integration with Exchange Unified Messaging. Act as the Technical Lead and SME for all Skype for Business, and Microsoft Teams related escalations.
