As the only full cycle recruiter, without any sourcing/scheduling/external agency help, I successfully filled 23 engineering roles (Backend/Elixir, Front-End, Mobile, DevOps and QA) in 2019 and 20 engineering roles from Feb 2018 - Nov 2018. Built strong relationships with candidates to ensure an excellent hiring experience. Worked closely and coached hiring manager and everyone involved in the interview process to achieve hiring goals.

As the only full cycle recruiter at Juvo, without the help of a sourcer/scheduler/agency, the following results were achieved in 5 months: Hired 11 engineers (3 Android, 2 iOS, 1 Senior DevOps, 2 Rails, 1 Java, 1 Lead IT Engineer and 1 Senior Data Engineer), 1 Technical Project, 1 Principal Enterprise Product Manager and 1 Senior Customer Success Manager.

Worked primarily with Snowflake, on contingency basis, staffing the Ops/Infrastructure, Customer Success and Engineering teams.

As the only full cycle recruiter, without any sourcing/scheduling/external agency help, I successfully filled 22 roles to include: Sr. DevOps Engineers, Sr. Rails/Elixir Platform Engineers, Senior/Lead iOS and Android Engineers, Lead QA Automation Engineers, Front- End Engineers and completed an executive search for a SVPE.

I was Snowflake's 1st in-house recruiter and successfully filled several very challenging Distributed Systems Engineering roles (Java/C++) along with building out the Ops Infrastructure team (over 12 hires just on that team).

Other positions filled during early days of Snowflake included Director of Finance, Accountant, A/R, few Technical Support Engineers, and Technical Project & Program Managers.

As the only technical recruiter at Rdio (without the help of a sourcer/scheduler/or agency), I worked closely with the engineering team to achieve some incredible results.

• In 2011 – hired 18 engineers while working PT
• In 2012 – hired 28 engineers while working PT some months & FT the other
• In 2013 – hired 34 engineers in 11 months
• In 2014 - hired 9 engineers in 4 months (Jan - April)

I was the first in-house recruiter at Flixster focused on staffing for Engineering and Product. Successfully filled numerous roles. Partnered and coached hiring managers in defining job descriptions and interview process.

First in-house recruiter at Songbird. Worked closely with hiring managers on job descriptions and the entire engineering team to define an effective interview process. Successfully hired several Mozilla, C++, and Rails Engineers along with Program Managers, Product Managers, Developer Advocate, QA & Build Release Engineers and a Controller.

Responsible for recruiting Software Architects (Technical, Web & Database), Ruby on Rails SWE, J2EE SWE, UI Developer, QA Engineers, Content Developer, Integration Engineers, Solution Consultant, Community Manager, Director of PR and Inside Sales Representatives.

Ning, OQO, Topix, Genentech, Visa, Switchfly, Arena Solutions and Proxim.

Hired to scale the company from 30 employees to 220 during this period. Goal was accomplished with myself and another recruiter. Managed the recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, and salary negotiating to job offer. Responsible for rapidly staffing the following groups: Supply Chain/Professional Services (Program Directors, Solution Architects/Project & Product Managers/Presales Managers/Implementation Consultants), Product Collaboration (Strategic Sales Managers/Product Managers), Marketing (PR Manager, Web Content Manager/Graphic Artists), Finance (Assistant Controller, Sr. Accountant/A/P Accountant), and Customer Support.

Built the Palo Alto office from an unknown staffing firm to a well known and highly regarded operation servicing 400+ companies in Silicon Valley.
