Conduct over the phone surveys. Record their answers and submit the completed survey.

• Assist customers by telephone with credit card orders from one of our many mail order catalogs.
• When needed by Supervisor, assist Reps with any questions and/or problems.

• Handled incoming phone calls from customers wanting to make guaranteed tour reservations.
• Responsible for closing the office/phones/computer system and ordering tour buses for the next days tours.

• Answered incoming calls from customers requesting room reservations from one of our 3 Hotels(Primadonna, Whiskey Petes, Buffalo Bills)

• Receive incoming phone calls from customers wanting to purchase Show Tickets and make Tour and/or Room reservations.
• Responsible for maintaining a balanced credit card machine.

• Answered incoming phone calls from customers regarding new service, billing and related questions.
• Researched, answered and resolved all issues.
• Assisted Supervisor in maintaining department standards and monitoring the performance of all CSR's.
