• Maintained clean and comfortable environments in commercial buildings by vacuuming, cleaning windows and dusting.

Owned and/or operated the following equipment:

John Deer 510c backhoea, a Terramite T5 mini backhoe, a CAT mini excavator and a Bobcat 643 and other skid steers. Also various plow trucks, dump trucks and sanding trucks.

Worked doing snow removal for many companies including, Michael's complete, EFI, Town of Islip, RBR and Hazel.

At RBR and Hazel, I was in charge of my own snow removal crew. We plowed at Costco, strip malls, Brookhaven hospital, BJs, movie theatre lots and other large commercial parking lots. These lots were big square footage and required special equipment to clean the snow which included pay loaders, bob cats, sanders and multiple plow trucks. I operated all equipment except for the pay loaders.

Worked in all aspects of building a home. This includes, concrete work, framing, plumbing, electrical, windows, house siding, trim work, spackling, painting, installing cabinets, and any other details that need to be completed.

Maintained grounds by trimming, weeding and general clean-up.

Performed planting, watering, mulching and edging of lawns. Removed weeds, hazards and debris from common pathways to improve usability.

Used trimmers and chainsaws for grounds maintenance, brush clearing and tree removal and thinning.
