  • Managing 1.5 million square feet of critical facilities covering North East Florida, From Jacksonville, to Daytona Beach. Oversee facility maintenance, ensuring optimal functionality of equipment and infrastructure at all times while in 27 years, never having a facility go off line.
  • Responsible for leading the work that supports AT&T's property management services, which includes ensuring building reliability of network spaces and customer service to multiple management levels.
  • Managing all utility services, waste management and landscape services for administrative offices, data centers and critical equipment buildings.
