I have extensive experience dealing with individual and group health insurance and expert-level knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, other government insurance programs. I am well versed in federal law and regulations, compliance, benefits, claims and billing. I am particularly adept in the Medicare supplement arena, especially prescription drug plans. I have an insatiable desire to learn and use new knowledge. In all I do, I hold fast to the company culture and values telling the company's story while building customer inquisitiveness and confidence.
