  • My specific duties include providing Bridge Resource Management (BRM) course to submarine crews
  • Outside of the formal BRM course, I provide instruction on radar operations, use of ARPA functions, and Submarine Force guidance related to surfaced operations and contact management to future department heads, Executive Officers, and Commanding Officers in their respective pipeline courses
  • During these training sessions, I lead classroom discussions as well as practical training scenarios in the Submarine School Bridge Trainer and navigation trainers
