- I would troubleshoot any issues with the machine.
- The second rotation in the next hour was forklift operator.
- I was to make sure I had the proper tags for the finished skids, help watch all areas of the line for possible failures or potential problems, loading skids and putting the product away.
- The last position was the capper.
- Your job was to make sure bottles were filled properly, make sure the bottles dropped in place inside the boxes, and made sure the line doesn't stop because of a fallen bottle down the line or in the filler.
- Last this individual tightens and make sure all caps are heat sealed on the bottles and in proper position.
Crane Operator
1 Year- Operate crane, wrap line/packaging.
- I also helped out on the stacker when workloads were light or someone was gone.
- Reading decimals and a tape measure and converting back and forth.
- Straightening up steel scrap piles and organizing to maintain a safe work environment.

6 Months- I would stock products to the shelves, read planograms to build assigned displays.

- I chose to step down from this position due to process and procedures not being followed by upper management.
- I strived to learn everything I could and received promise of more pay but in return received more responsibility.
- For fairness to the company and myself I chose to step down to give corporate the opportunity to learn and address the problems within the company.
- I feel better knowing that I do not hold a title in a company that is careless in following procedures and does not care about job description without overloading the work on one person.

- I would make sure all incoming orders were correct and the corrective actions were put into place if the orders were coming in incorrect from customer service.
