- Throughout my tenure at Youth for Tomorrow, I held many positions concurrent with one another
- I was responsible for writing professional documents including professional trainings, safety manuals, and executive speeches
- I consistently interfaced with federal, state, and local governments and agencies, policies and procedures implemented on a company wide basis, and speeches for other staff members
- For three years, I oversaw companywide training (400+ employees) in both physical and psychological crisis intervention techniques
- For the duration of my employment, I tracked and implemented behavioral modification programs for dozens of rotating at-risk teens daily, intervening physically when all else failed on a very regular basis, with the dignity of the child in mind
- As additional tasks I took on things such as IT assistance, peer to peer encryption between YTF and the Department of Homeland Security, transportation coordination, and ran the afterhours crisis hotline for the organization
- With this amount of trust and dedication also came a slew of certifications, many of which dealt with human psychology
