Led association pastors in casting a vision for the North Pulaski Baptist Association
Improved relations between North Pulaski Baptist Association and Arkansas Baptist State Convention.
Held Monday pastor conference meetings. Topics varied to provide local pastors with applicable information. Frequently brought in speakers from the Arkansas Baptist State Convention.
Created "Mission North Pulaski", where the association planned and led churches in outreach efforts in their respective communities
Worked with individual association churches to diagnose and solve issues
Reviewed and updated job descriptions, not only for employees, but also for the various mission teams of the association.
Established a "Kick Off" meeting, complete with catered dinner, for all association church members each January. The upcoming associational events were presented and members encouraged to participate.
Changed the tone of the annual Fall meeting to be a celebration. This improved attendance.

Managed a "Summer Missionary" program that employed high school graduates and/or college students to serve associational churches in various summer activities, i.e. Vacation Bible School. The "Summer Missionaries were students who had made a commitment to a career of full time Christian service.
