I started in the glass industry in the summer of 1992 at Kryger Glass where I worked in the warehouse, moved to warehouse manager before becoming a technician. I left Kryger to come to Safelite Auto Glass in December of 2000. I was a technician with Safelite until 2016 where I became Quality Manager and been in that position ever since.
As a District Trainer I'm responsible for the training of all new Technician's and Repair Specialists through the Safe Tech Academy. I'm also the leader for safety in my district by making sure that all associates are safe while on the job by wearing the proper PPE and protecting our customer vehicles. I take ownership in Cost of Quality by making sure that we as a district are doing a quality install the first time and if there is an issue it gets addressed it the most cost saving way as possible. As new technology and processes introduced it my job to train our team to be knowledgeable and efficient in there everyday work. All Technicians and Repair Specialists must certified to preform installations and repairs, it's my job to make sure that they have trained and educated so they can pass certifications.
