Providing care and support to all patients on each unit assigned. Checking all vitals and blood sugars for patients required. Charting information for each patient accordingly to their diet, weight, input and output. Emptying all linen and trash in rooms assigned. Giving a medical report to the next care professional at end of shift.

• Providing care for individuals who need assistance in long term care facilities, hospitals or homes
• Making sure to practice all safety measures and protocols during work hours
• Keeping private information secure and documenting all care and activity each shift.

• Working at nursing home facilities throughout New York State to help residents in need with care, compassion and meal planning
• Cooking and cleaning for patients at designated meal eating times.

• Comforting and providing care for the residents according to each care plan
• Handling all food orders for residents
• Taking care of work station and all appliances
• Cleaning work area during shift and before shift ends.

• Maintain accurate inventory controls by categorizing merchandise in bins by department
• Scanning merchandise daily, adjusting inventory levels in the perpetual inventory system
• Utilize handheld scanner to identify items needed on the sales floor and retrieves merchandise.
