- Installed seven bathrooms and two kitchens featuring custom tile, cabinetry, and raised panel walls in a $7,000,000 smart home in Huntington, NY, enhancing aesthetic appeal and functionality throughout the office and 32 x 50 great room with 26-foot ceilings.
- Finished a $429k basement renovation project in Old Brookville with raised panel wall systems throughout, a fully mirrored gym and dance studio. Build included an 18 x 26 square foot theater room with stadium style seating for 13 with lighted flooring and 14 plasma televisions, poker, pool, air hockey, and ping pong areas.
- Finish contract carpenter to C.I.S. Services, on projects involving high end commercial construction. Including constructing and installing custom cherry wood counters, cabinetry, raised panel wall systems and multidimensional crown, base, and chair railing for First National Bank corporate banking offices.
- Built and installed custom cabinetry, trim, kitchenettes, and custom runways for Calvin Klein's corporate offices in the garment district of New York City.

Led installation of custom entry systems that required advanced woodworking skills and knowledge of trim systems.
