An experienced and energetic high school teacher of 28 years is ready to get back into the classroom. I have taught all grades and levels of English, as well as Drama, Speech & Debate, and ten years of Video/Film. I retired from teaching early to assist with the care of my mother in the last stages of dementia; however, I am ready to return to my passion of teaching high school students—whether it is providing instruction on writing essays, analyzing pieces of literature, acquiring skills in acting or speaking, or creating original video projects.
