Programmed in-house equipment such as a Flow Coater that recycles paint, self-cleans, and maintains accurate supply tank levels.

Often preforming in-house retro fits to switch out outdated components IE Powerflex 40s for a newer. solution PowerFlex 527.

Further programed equipment on the floor to make desired efficiency and speed requirements on packaging equipment after initial Control Engineer program release.

Conducted comprehensive SATs on-site, implementing necessary modifications.

Went onsite to assist with fine-tuning of various cartoners.

When Fergus Falls Facility slowed down, I traveled around the US to various facilities of BWs to aide in Mechanical Assembly, Electrical Assembly and Programming support when needed. Often gone a month at a time.
