- We utilized Boxed Rice as a feeder program to other departments in the building. Upon identifying quality people and workers, I would refer them to open positions elsewhere where they were able to be hired on full time.
- Performed general equipment maintenance and repair to minimize downtime. Outside of electrical issues, I was the main mechanical support.
- During my time as Boxed Rice Lead, I was promoted to Supervisor based on the performance of the department and the people within it.
- My team and I were able to streamline processes over time to enable this line of business to be a big part of our future success.
