As a Mowing Crew Supervisor, I would ensure that the crew's jobs are completed daily and done effectively and efficiently. As a supervisor I would also make sure that I am also completing my list of daily tasks and I would be willing to stay late if necessary to make sure we are all working as a team and finishing each day.
